Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, Victoria, Texas Having prayerfully considered our current situation and in light of the quickly evolving nature of this pandemic, I am recommending that all ELCA congregations with indoor worship in the Southwestern Texas Synod, regardless of location or number of congregants, suspend in-person worship gatherings beginning Monday, March 16th until at least March 31st, when local conditions can be reassessed.                                                              March 14, 2020 Bishop Susan J. The Church office remains open to receive phone calls 361-573-4725 and Pastor Pete Sandager is available 24/7 at 214-793-7872. Health and safety of our congregation is our top priority. We encourage you Continue reading →

Lutheran World Relief Projects at Trinity Lutheran World Relief is a national organization that works with international relief groups and local partners in impoverished countries to help those most in need. We support them in giving comfort and hope to people displaced by conflict or natural disasters and to those living in extreme illness or poverty.  Get more information at http://lwr.org/getinvolved/kits Our church is actively involved in donating quilts, school kits and soap, coordinated by the Trinity Lutheran Women. Our congregation has been dependably generous in providing needed items. We have fun tying these quilts each Tuesday. We gather in the upstairs sewing room and come and go between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. It’s easy, and we would love to have you Continue reading →
