The people of God at Trinity Lutheran have a “vision and a call” for being a loving, caring, Christ-centered body of believers, united in friendship and offering gracious hospitality. We long to be grounded, anchored, immersed, and united in the Word of God.
In our worship life, we would like to make it our aim to continue to nurture and grow the faith of each and every worshiper. Our central goal for worship is to empower and inspire all who are “heavily laden” to lay down their burdens and to leave our sanctuary with hopeful (hope-filled) hearts because of the gracious love of Christ.
Our vision for worship aspires that the liturgy, the music and song complimenting the seasons and festivals of the church year meet the needs of the worshiper – leading them to a “higher place.” We want to create a worship experience that communicates deeply within the hearts and lives of the worshipers. We envision a variety of melodies and music that “speak” to various ages – bridging gaps and building community, by inspiring and encouraging worshipers to share the love of God.
We hope that you will find our gathering for worship to be a welcoming, inviting, and encouraging place where everyone finds “sanctuary” – “belonging”. Where, having our hungers fed, we can all say:
“Here I am Lord, Send me.”
Please join us this week.
